Art Consultant

We are looking for a creative and career-driven Art Consultant to join our Projects team at Capsule Arts, a leading art consultancy based in Dubai.

In this role, you will develop compelling sales pitches and detailed proposals that align with client objectives, focusing on impactful art strategies and curating high-quality artworks.

You will manage artist collaborations, conduct market research to identify suitable suppliers, and oversee the procurement process, while building and maintaining strong client relationships through high-level interactions. Collaborating closely with the Project Lead, you will ensure all project phases meet Capsule Arts' design values, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Additionally, you will mentor the Design Assistant, guiding their development.

Applicants should have 1-3 years of experience in a similar creative role, with proven application of architecture and/or interior design, and be proficient in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch-Up, and Microsoft Office.     • Bachelor Degree Interior Design or Architecture

    • Previous similar internship experience in a similar industry is an advantage.

    • Excellent communication skills. Exceptional customer and client service skills.

    • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to recognise and prioritise time-sensitive projects.

    • Strong creative ability with a commitment to continuous research for and in-depth knowledge of the art market.

    • High level of project/account ownership and accountability.

    • Proven experience and application of architecture and/or interior design. Proficient in, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch- Up and Microsoft Office.

Design Assistant Intern

Are you a talented and motivated individual with a passion for design and art? Do you have a minimum of 1 year's experience in design software like AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite, and want hands-on experience in a leading Art Consultancy?
