Content Creator

Capsule Arts is seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our marketing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing compelling photo and video content showcasing our design projects, featuring artists and exhibitions in the local community, and capturing our team and company culture. 

The Content Creator will also play a key role in editing material and supporting the Marketing Coordinator and Manager in programming content for publishing across various platforms.

This role is based in Dubai, UAE.

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, Visual Arts, or related field.

    • Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably in a B2B or creative industry.

    • Strong portfolio showcasing photo and video content creation skills.

    • Proficiency in photography and videography equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).

    • Proficiency in photography techniques, including lighting, composition, and photo editing.

    • Experience with videography, including shooting, editing, and post-production.

    • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) platforms.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

    • Creativity and innovation in developing unique and engaging visual content.

    • Produce high-quality photo and video content highlighting our design projects, including installations and finished spaces.

    • Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator and Manager to develop content strategies and campaigns that align with marketing goals.

    • Edit photos and videos to ensure they meet brand guidelines and standards.

    • Support the marketing team in scheduling and publishing content across various digital platforms.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content alignment with overall brand messaging and objectives.

  • 8,000 to 10,000 AED per month dependent on skillset and experience.
