Art Consultancy

 

At Capsule Arts, we believe great design starts with a great story. Which is why the first step of any project is to develop a comprehensive Art Strategy and define the project’s narrative. This ensures a seamless story is told so audiences stay emotionally engaged and inspired within the space.

After the story is brought to life, we then select artworks and reach out to artists we feel would be the best fit for the curation. This step coincides with establishing a budget to ensure all the selections are made within the client’s requirements. The final step of the Design phase is to put together a detailed production plan as well as a quotation for client approval and sign-off.

  • Besides creating the art narrative, this stage identifies the artwork locations and quantities while setting a preliminary budget agreed by all stakeholders.

  • This stage is all about selecting the artists and curating the art and accessories while developing bespoke art concepts.

  • Once selections and concepts are approved, we work on the finer details of the art and accessory selections such as framing and manufacturing methods.

  • The full art and accessory package will be documented, and a quotation given to move onto the next phase - which is where we execute the project .

Design and Execute

 

When the art direction has already been established, or timelines and budgets are limited, we can also work on a ‘design and execute’ agreement. This would encompass both our art consultation and production services within one order following the same full-service process from design to production and logistics to installation.

  • With a clear art narrative, locations and quantities set by your interior designer we can move straight into art selections.

  • Once selections and concepts are approved, we work on the finer details of the art and accessory selections such as framing and manufacturing methods.

  • This is the point where our project team manages high quality production of artworks and execution of art concepts.

  • Working internationally and across the MENA region, art handling, packaging and logistics is a crucial stage to ensure safe delivery of the art and accessories for your project.

  • A full guide for art installation with placement and styling of accessories will be provided, and if required we’re happy to supervise this final stage.
