Abdullah Bin Saqr is an established Saudi artist and art educator whose vibrant acrylic paintings bring the Kingdom’s folk traditions to life. Based in Jeddah, his work channels the energy of communal celebrations through bold, rhythmic brushstrokes and bright palettes of siennas, whites, deep blues, and ochres. Each canvas captures the spirit of movement, music, and cultural unity at the heart of Saudi heritage.
With a Bachelor’s in Art Education, Bin Saqr has taught at the Ministry of Education since 2001 and remains actively engaged with the Arab Society for Culture and Arts and JSFT committees. Alongside his teaching practice, he has built a reputation for artworks that celebrate the rhythms of Saudi dance and the stories embedded in traditional attire and gatherings.

His contribution to Bab Samhan, Diriyah draws inspiration from the Saudi Al-Ardha dance, transforming its dynamic choreography into a striking large-scale painting. Installed in the ballroom, the piece harnesses vibrant color and expressive form, welcoming guests with a lively sense of place and celebration.
