Marketing Coordinator

Capsule Arts is seeking a talented and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing department. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality photo and video content for design projects, artists, exhibitions, and events, capturing our team and company culture.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the Marketing Manager to develop content strategies, planning and executing visual content to meet brand standards, and scheduling and publishing content across digital platforms. 

This role is based in Dubai, UAE.

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Communications, Art and Design or related field.

    • 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar Marketing/Digital Marketing role – preferably in an Art and Design related Industry. Design knowledge and experience would be a distinct advantage.

    • Portfolio showcasing photo and video content creation skills.

    • Proficient skill in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

    • Experience working with marketing software and analysing data to influence campaigns.

    • Schedule and publish content across digital platforms. Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize engagement.

    • Ensure all documents and materials meet branding guidelines. Respond to inquiries from hello email or social media and redirect any enquiries as required.

    • Coordinate submissions for industry awards. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

    • Maintain website updates & content accuracy. Monitor and upload media coverage to social media or the website.

Content Creator

Capsule Arts is seeking a creative Content Creator to produce engaging photo, video, and graphic content that showcases our projects, installations, and studio culture. The role supports our digital storytelling by capturing and editing visuals that reflect Capsule Arts’ brand identity and creative direction.

Working closely with the Marketing team, you’ll plan, create, and deliver content for campaigns, events, and ongoing project documentation across our digital platforms.

This role is based in Dubai, UAE.

    • Bachelor's degree in Meida, Film, Communications, or a related field.

    • 2 - 4 years’ experience in content creation, photography, or videography within a creative or design-led environment.

Graphic Designer

Capsule Arts is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the creation and development of 2D artwork for print and digital applications. The ideal candidate will translate conceptual ideas into high-quality designs, ensuring visual and technical excellence across projects and studio outputs.

Responsibilities include developing artworks for print mediums, preparing production-ready files, overseeing sampling and quality control, and collaborating closely with Art Consultants, Project Leads, and the Marketing Department to ensure consistency with Capsule Arts’ visual identity.

This role is based in Dubai, UAE.

Art Consultant (Short-Term Contract)

We are looking for a creative and career-driven Art Consultant to join our Projects team at Capsule Arts on a short-term contract basis (up to 3 months).

In this role, you will support our team on exciting projects, developing proposals that align with client objectives, focusing on impactful art strategies and curating high-quality artworks.

You will collaborate with artists and suppliers, contribute to project delivery, and oversee tasks related to procurement and coordination, while ensuring Capsule Arts’ design values, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of proven experience in art consultancy or a related creative field, be proficient in industry-standard design tools, and be available to join immediately.

Project Planner

We are looking for a proactive Project Planner to join our Projects team at Capsule Arts, Dubai.
In this role, you will develop and maintain project schedules, monitor performance across time, cost, quality, and capacity, and provide clear reports and dashboards for management.

You will support risk and change management, align budgets and forecasts with project timelines, and work closely with project managers and sales teams to ensure deliverables are met.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of experience in project planning, with demonstrated expertise in EVM, WBS, Gantt charts, baselines, and submission tracking, along with proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, or Zoho, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Art Consultant

We are looking for a creative and career-driven Art Consultant to join our Projects team at Capsule Arts, a leading art consultancy based in Dubai.

In this role, you will develop compelling sales pitches and detailed proposals that align with client objectives, focusing on impactful art strategies and curating high-quality artworks.

You will manage artist collaborations, conduct market research to identify suitable suppliers, and oversee the procurement process, while building and maintaining strong client relationships through high-level interactions. Collaborating closely with the Project Lead, you will ensure all project phases meet Capsule Arts' design values, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Additionally, you will mentor the Design Assistant, guiding their development.

Applicants should have 1-3 years of experience in a similar creative role, with proven application of architecture and/or interior design, and be proficient in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch-Up, and Microsoft Office.
