Estimation & Procurement Coordinator

Capsule Arts is seeking a detail-oriented Estimation & Procurement Coordinator with 3–5 years’ experience in estimation and procurement, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

This role will support cost estimation, RFQs, PEP coordination, and purchase orders, while tracking deliveries and ensuring materials align with project timelines. The coordinator will work closely with suppliers, finance, warehouse, and project stakeholders to support smooth delivery across active scopes.

This role is based in Dubai, UAE.

    • Degree level in Diploma / Bachelor’s / Engineering or a related field.

    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

    • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional stakeholders.

    • Support cost estimation across project scopes, including compiling cost sheets and summaries.

    • Manage and coordinate RFQs with suppliers and ensure timely follow-ups.

    • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approvals.

    • Track deliveries, lead times, and timelines, flagging risks early to avoid delays.

    • Coordinate with suppliers, finance, and warehouse to ensure smooth procurement and receipt processes.

    • Ensure materials meet specifications, quality standards, and schedule requirements.

    • Maintain organized procurement records (quotes, approvals, delivery notes, and supporting documents).

Art Consultant

We are looking for a creative and career-driven Art Consultant to join our Projects team at Capsule Arts, a leading art consultancy based in Dubai.

In this role, you will develop compelling sales pitches and detailed proposals that align with client objectives, focusing on impactful art strategies and curating high-quality artworks.

You will manage artist collaborations, conduct market research to identify suitable suppliers, and oversee the procurement process, while building and maintaining strong client relationships through high-level interactions. Collaborating closely with the Project Lead, you will ensure all project phases meet Capsule Arts' design values, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Additionally, you will mentor the Design Assistant, guiding their development.

Applicants should have 1-3 years of experience in a similar creative role, with proven application of architecture and/or interior design, and be proficient in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch-Up, and Microsoft Office. Content Creator

Capsule Arts is seeking a creative Content Creator to produce engaging photo, video, and graphic content that showcases our projects, installations, and studio culture. The role supports our digital storytelling by capturing and editing visuals that reflect Capsule Arts’ brand identity and creative direction.

Working closely with the Marketing team, you’ll plan, create, and deliver content for campaigns, events, and ongoing project documentation across our digital platforms.

This role is based in Dubai, UAE.
